What a 2026 résumé should look like

Elementor had to let go of some of its best people last week as a necessary efficiency measure in a market that has changed.
I read a post by Roey Tzezana arguing that sending a résumé as a PDF is outdated in 2026. It made me think about how I would submit mine today. This is probably what it would look like. View it on a desktop if you want to see the scroll-based video background.
