Midjourney, the company that changed AI image generation, has launched an MRI-like medical imaging machine. It says the machine is 100 times faster and 10 times cheaper than an MRI.
Midjourney was one of the first AI companies to become highly profitable. Now it has announced Midjourney Medical. Its ultrasound-based machine can perform a full-body scan in 60 seconds instead of an hour, producing images at MRI-level resolution.
Unlike many futuristic healthcare announcements, this is not a concept. The machine already exists.
